Ms. Jenny Mattsson possesses extensive experience contributing to the development and growth of successful entrepreneurial innovations as Co-Owner and Investment Manager at Gavia Food Holding since September 2012. Jenny is currently part of the board in the novel healthcare technology company Moxiam and Spisa Group, a leading European company in fresh herbs.

Ms. Jenny Mattsson received her Master of Science in International Business and Marketing in 2001 from the University of Gothenburg and pursued further education within Human Resources and Psychology during 2005 and 2007.
